Racism as social political phenomenon, it remains a permanent reality in our country, during school, the street, the workplace, the media, at every moment and stage of our lives, customs, dress, speech, manner of dress, dance and feel, we have given in the line of "others."
We have learned to live, smile and survive - but perhaps this model is the country we want? - Diversity and inclusion are basic conditions for living in a democracy?. Peru is perhaps not identified as a democratic country?. Certainly not the country we want, we still lack democratic and democratized, relate equally and with respect, diversity and greet us large.
We have the enormous challenge of building a country where human rights do not have to be met, which features "racial ethnic" do not result in fundamental conditions for access to law and justice and are not the main element identity, while remaining "others", "other", which still have to analyze, challenge and question the discrimination as women, black and poor.
